1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in these terms and conditions are defined below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document.

• "Platform" refers to the jaya9i website, application and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual registered on the jaya9i platform.
• "Account" refers to each member's personal gaming account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins or similar benefit offered by jaya9i.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the multiplier amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Legitimate Source" refers to funds that come only from lawful and verifiable sources of income.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is followed across all jaya9i operations.

Where singular is used, the plural is also included and vice versa. Words such as "including" or "such as" do not indicate a restrictive list.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Every individual wishing to create an account on the jaya9i platform and use its services must meet the following eligibility requirements.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on jaya9i, the applicant must be at least 21 years old. If information provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. jaya9i may request proof of identity at any time to verify age.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be considered void.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. If any information changes, the member must notify the support team immediately. Providing false information is a direct violation of these terms.

3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your jaya9i account. Compliance with the following security guidelines is mandatory.

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong password — a combination of at least eight characters, numbers and special symbols.
• Log out of your account properly at the end of each session.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
• Take extra care when logging in from public or shared devices.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, including in cases of unauthorized access by a third party — unless you notify us in a timely manner.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jaya9i are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each payment method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted and may be forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Delays may occur while withdrawal requests are under review.
• jaya9i reserves the right to hold withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

jaya9i is always vigilant in preventing money laundering. We reserve the right to block any suspicious transaction for investigation. As a secure and reliable platform, we keep all transactions protected with SSL encryption.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jaya9i offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms which the member must read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement (25x) must be completed.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same individual or household are not permitted.
• Bonuses have a specific expiry period; once expired, the bonus is cancelled automatically.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• jaya9i reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

jaya9i's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members can move up to higher tiers based on regular activity and enjoy weekly cashback benefits. VIP benefits are entirely at jaya9i's discretion and may change at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the jaya9i platform are operated fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, and it is the member's responsibility to read them before starting a game.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality. If a game result cannot be determined due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.

6.2 Technical Errors

jaya9i will not be held responsible for games interrupted due to server outages, internet connection issues or other technical reasons. In such situations, jaya9i reserves the right to make the final decision on cancelling the game and refunding the bet.

6.3 Provider Terms

The terms of game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others will also apply. If these terms conflict with jaya9i's terms, the game provider's terms will take precedence.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya9i platform and violations will result in serious consequences.

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation or system hacking.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming additional bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots or software to operate games.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts or stealing their information.
• Applying any strategy with the intent to profit through unlawful means.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour towards jaya9i staff.
• Submitting any form of forged documents.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, the relevant account will be permanently closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by jaya9i

jaya9i may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of providing false or incomplete information is found.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If underage membership is established.
• On the order of a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. To do so, they must contact the support team. All pending transactions must be settled and any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked as inactive if there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A monthly maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts and will be deducted until the balance reaches zero.

9 Limitation of Liability

jaya9i strives to provide uninterrupted service as much as possible. However, jaya9i will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, pandemics or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Delays caused by the failure of third-party payment gateways or banking systems.
• Issues with the member's own device, internet connection or software.
• Loss caused by user negligence or the provision of incorrect information.
• If services are limited or discontinued as a result of changes in applicable law.

jaya9i's liability will not extend beyond the member's actual deposited funds under any circumstances.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

jaya9i places the highest importance on the privacy of members' personal information. We keep your information secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology.

• Data will be used only for the purpose of improving services and fulfilling legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

jaya9i believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

11.1 Setting Limits

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Please contact the support team to set these limits.

11.2 Voluntary Break

If a member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they may request a self-exclusion for a specific period of time. During this period, their account will be completely inactive.

11.3 Minor Protection

jaya9i is firmly committed to protecting minors. Keep your device safe from children and keep your login details confidential. If any evidence of underage membership is found, the account will be closed immediately.

12 Changes to Terms & General Provisions

12.1 Right to Make Changes

jaya9i reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified by email or on the platform for important changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes means the member has accepted the new terms and conditions.

12.2 Applicable Law

Applicable laws and regulations will be followed in the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.

12.3 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective. The invalid part will be replaced by an effective provision that is as close as possible to the original intent.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between jaya9i and the member, and replace all prior oral or written understandings.
